AWANA
AwanaThrough the school year, in addition to Sunday School and Children’s Church, Wawasee Bible offers an AWANA program on Wednesday evenings. AWANA has been an extremely fruitful ministry for Wawasee Bible, seeing many children come to saving faith in Jesus Christ and provided great outreach opportunities to families in our community.

J-BOX
J-BOXJ-BOX is the Junior High Ministry of WCBC. “J-BOX” is an acronym for “Junior Highers Big On Christ” (The “X” designating the first letter of Christ in Greek). Though they’re young, Junior Highers can have a major impact in the furthering of God’s Kingdom. Furthermore, they may very well represent the ripest of souls ready for harvest. All throughout Scripture God is big on using young people for his glory, and it’s our desire at WCBC that our youth would be big on letting Christ use them! J-BOX meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. during the school year.

The Salt Company
Salt Co.Our Senior High Student Ministry is The Salt Company. Based on Matthew 5:13 and 28:18-20, this name sums up the purpose of our student ministries. In Matthew 5:13, Jesus tells us that we are the salt of the earth; as his followers we preserve culture and give it flavor. In Matthew Fall Kickoff 200628:18-20, Jesus tells his disciples to go out and make disciples. Not just followers, but more disciples! We long for our senior highers to be salt among their peers. But we labor to build and equip them not just to be salt, but to be disciples with the intent that they would win their peers and help fulfill the great commission as disciples who make disciples! We’re not content to just be salt, we want to make more. We want to be a “salt company.” The Salt Co. meets every Sunday during the school year from 6:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Learn more about The Salt Company by visiting thesaltcompany.com

Small Groups
Wawasee Bible has an active small group ministry in which over 60% of our regular Sunday attendance is currently involved. Small groups meet throughout the week in different homes in our community. In addition to small groups, there are women’s bible studies that meet during the week at the church. Jr. and Sr. High small groups (cell groups) also meet during the week in people’s homes and at the church.

Musical Worship Ministry
“Happy are those who hear the joyful call to worship, for they will walk in the light of your presence, LORD.” – Psalm 89:15 (NLT)
At Wawasee Bible our purpose in musical worship is to glorify God by facilitating an atmosphere in which He can be intimately and passionately worshiped as we lead people to extol His worth. We worship with both modern songs and traditional hymns, but all in a contemporary musical style. We celebrate different time-periods of musical expression, not for the sake of appeasing demographics, but to show how the glory of God transcends personal taste. (Matthew 13:52)
